Questions We Hear Most About App-Controlled Saunas
Each app-enabled sauna connects to your home Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and pairs with a dedicated mobile app, giving you the ability to power on, set your target temperature, adjust session duration, and control features like chromotherapy lighting or Bluetooth audio — all before you leave the couch. Setup is handled by you directly using the manufacturer's included instructions and typically takes just a few minutes. Once connected, your sauna session is ready exactly when you are.
EMF stands for electromagnetic field, and low-EMF infrared saunas are engineered with carbon or carbon-mica heating panels designed to minimize electromagnetic field output while still delivering consistent, enveloping infrared warmth. This is a meaningful consideration for anyone who plans to use their sauna regularly and wants to feel confident about the environment they are relaxing in. Look for saunas that specifically state low-EMF panel construction in their specifications.
A 2-person sauna is a popular choice for solo users precisely because the extra space allows for a more relaxed, comfortable session — you can stretch out, adjust your seating position, or simply enjoy the roomier feel. For couples or households who want to share sessions, it accommodates two comfortably side by side. It is one of the most versatile footprints available for home installation.
We offer 30-Day Returns, so if your sauna arrives and is not the right fit for your space or lifestyle, you have a full 30 days to initiate a return. Please refer to our Return Policy page for complete details on the process, eligibility, and any applicable conditions. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with Smart Sanctuary Living.
About Our App-Controlled Saunas
An app-controlled sauna brings a level of personalized comfort that traditional models simply cannot match. Rather than stepping into a cold unit and waiting for it to warm up, a connected sauna lets you schedule preheat times, dial in your preferred temperature, and manage every session detail from a smartphone or tablet — all before you set foot outside. These units are designed for homeowners who want the restorative warmth of a private sauna on their own schedule, without the compromise of a one-size-fits-all experience. Infrared models in particular are valued for their ability to deliver deep, even heat using carbon or carbon-mica panels at lower ambient temperatures than traditional steam saunas, making the experience accessible and comfortable for a wider range of users. When choosing a model, consider the heating panel type and EMF rating, the wood species used in construction, the interior dimensions relative to your intended use, and whether the smart controls integrate with the devices you already own. A well-chosen home sauna becomes a cornerstone of a more intentional, restorative outdoor and wellness lifestyle.
